Children’s Moonlight Festival 2025

Chú Cuội and Chị Hằng Nga perform for the children at Children’s Moonlight Festival, September 6, 2025.

Families joined us for the Children’s Moonlight Festival at the Vietnamese Cultural Center grounds. The lion dance by Vovinam Burien helped start the event. Children were treated with the storytelling of Chu Cuoi and the banyan tree. There were also performances of Chu Cuoi and Chi Hang Nga and Vovinam Burien martials. The day’s activities included food, treats, games, face painting and the lantern parade.

We thank everyone for coming out today. Many thanks to our volunteers for making this event happen.
